Paris has 2,103,778 inhabitants according to Insee (2023 census), but your customers are not all Parisians: Greater Paris received 36.3 million visitors in 2024. Our offices are on rue du Colisée, in the 8th arrondissement, and this is where we write, shoot and edit TikTok and Meta ads, UGC content and Reels for restaurants, beauty salons and brands that need to get noticed in a city where every street lines up dozens of shopfronts. No travel to organise: we come to you by metro.
See our workA city losing residents but not its audience
The resident population of Paris fell from 2,240,621 in 2012 to 2,103,778 in 2023, according to Insee. The city is slowly emptying, and yet its streets are as busy as ever. The Paris je t'aime tourist office counts 36.3 million visitors in Greater Paris in 2024, an average of 100,000 a day, and 71.6% of the metropolitan area's hotel arrivals are in Paris proper. For a brand, that means two audiences on the same pavement. The resident of the 11th arrondissement choosing a lunch spot on TikTok does not respond to the same images as the American visitor (the top foreign market in 2024, with 2,246,804 hotel arrivals) looking for somewhere to eat near their hotel. So we often write two versions of the same video: one in French, with a neighbourhood tone, the other designed to be understood without sound and subtitled in English.
What hotels, trade shows and fashion film
Tourism weighs heavily in local employment: 12.7% of Parisian jobs are in tourism-related activities according to the tourist office, and the city had 1,757 hotels with 91,154 rooms in 2024. For these businesses, video serves as much to fill rooms as to recruit. An employer brand film shot behind the scenes (reception, floors, breakfast service) speaks to a candidate better than a job ad. Paris and its region also have 22 exhibition and congress venues, and attendance at trade shows rose by 7% in 2024. An exhibitor launching a product at Porte de Versailles needs short content shot on the stand and publishable the same day. Fashion houses in the 8th, Station F start-ups in the 13th, consultancies around the Étoile: each wants its B2B formats, from founder testimonial to product demo for LinkedIn and Meta.
60,846 shopfronts and fast food gaining ground
Apur counted 60,846 ground-floor shops on Parisian streets in April 2023, or 28 per 1,000 inhabitants. The trends in this survey match what we see on TikTok: fast food gained 352 establishments between 2020 and 2023 (+10%) while traditional restaurants fell by 2%, and the health, beauty and wellness sector is growing too. A ramen counter or a beauty salon is therefore fighting neighbours who open a few doors down. What works for them: the chef's gesture filmed in a tight shot, the bowl set down on the counter, the lunchtime queue, the before and after of a treatment told by a client in UGC format. On the visitor side, the Louvre received 8.7 million people in 2024 and the Eiffel Tower 6.3 million. A restaurant located on these routes should publish well geotagged Reels in English.
Shooting between Palais-Royal, the Seine quays and Belleville
The settings change completely a few stops apart: the arcades of the Palais-Royal for a fashion brand, the Seine quays for a sunset launch, the sloping streets of Belleville or the covered passages of the Grands Boulevards for rawer content. A commercial shoot on public space requires a permit from the City, and night-time images of the illuminated Eiffel Tower are protected for advertising use: we sort these procedures out in advance. The calendar matters too. Fashion Week, every season, draws content creators around the shows, the Fête de la musique turns every café terrace into a set on 21 June, and Nuit Blanche is now held in June.
Our results in Paris, from Makina to Shinko
Our offices are at 40 rue du Colisée, a stone's throw from the Champs-Élysées. For a Paris shoot, the team arrives by metro with light equipment, which leaves the whole day for filming. A typical day covers setting up the venue, product shots, two or three pieces to camera and UGC sequences with your customers or creators. The Paris results show what this work delivers over time. For Makina, a premium beauty salon, footfall rose by 185% in 6 months and the active client base by 240%, before the opening of three salons in Paris. Oni Ramen's first TikTok video passed 100,000 organic views, and 40% of new customers say they discovered the restaurant through our videos. Shinko went from 120 to 200 covers on average at lunch service, with lunchtime revenue up 35%.

An ad that looks like an ad gets skipped in a second. A creative ad works on the hook, the message and the format so it is watched to the end, then tested and adapted for as long as it converts.
