Shinko
Shinko I +35% lunchtime revenue
The challenge: what Shinko set out to achieve
Shinko is already very popular on social media: photos and videos of its dishes circulate all over Paris, the community is active and the buzz is strong.
Yet despite this visibility, weekday lunch services suffered from low attendance, often below 60% of the dining room's capacity. Dinners and weekends were fully booked, but lunchtime was underused.
The challenge was therefore to:
increase attendance at weekday lunch services,
turn the online buzz into real visits,
keep the buzz around the restaurant going on social media,
maintain its premium positioning while attracting regular customers
What we put in place
We refocused communication on experience and decision-making, to encourage customers to come at lunchtime:
Immersive content: videos showing the speed of service, the freshness of the dishes and how smoothly lunch runs.
Decision-oriented formats: appealing lunch platters on display, real-life scenarios (lunch with colleagues, business meetings).
Strategic publishing calendar: posts in the morning and late morning to prompt lunch bookings, “last minute” stories to drive walk-in traffic.
Preserving the premium image: the content keeps Shinko's refined aesthetic and semi-gastronomic quality.
What it delivered
Thanks to this approach, weekday lunch attendance improved significantly, turning an underused slot into a real source of revenue.
+65% average attendance on weekday lunches: from 60% occupancy to over 85% of the dining room's capacity.
+45% direct bookings via Instagram and TikTok compared with previous months.
Average covers per lunch service: 120 → 200, with some days peaking at 220.
Average weekly revenue: up 35%, from 12 000 € to 16 200 € at lunchtime.
Stronger digital engagement: lunchtime videos reaching up to 80 000 organic views, with a 12% interaction rate (likes, shares, comments).
Local community growth: +2 500 followers on Instagram and TikTok over 3 months
Lunchtimes now attract groups and business meetings, accounting for 25% of bookings compared with 10% before the strategy.
These results show that Shinko's digital profile isn't just about looks: it drives visits and directly supports revenue, while filling services that were historically quieter.
