Top Grands Buffets
Top Grands Buffets I +30% revenue growth
The challenge: what Top Grands Buffets set out to achieve
Top Grands Buffets is a well-established restaurant in Montpellier, known for its generous and varied all-you-can-eat buffet.
So the goal wasn't to support an opening, but to officially launch its presence on Instagram and TikTok in order to:
raise the restaurant's profile with new local customers,
modernise its image with content suited to today's habits,
showcase the on-site experience (choice, abundance, conviviality),
turn social media into a living shop window for the restaurant.
Before we stepped in, there was no structured editorial line and no content designed for the codes of short-form video platforms.
What we put in place
We designed a full social media launch strategy, aiming to quickly establish a clear, recognisable online identity.
Our support
Defining the digital editorial DNA, built on what makes the venue strong: the variety of dishes, the “wow” effect of the buffet, the generous portions and the immersive experience.
Creating video formats tailored to TikTok and Instagram, designed to:
show the abundance and variety in a few seconds,
make people want to come and try it with friends or family,
make the experience tangible and accessible.
Distinctive concepts, combining:
visual walkthroughs of the buffet,
focus on specific specialities,
real customer scenarios,
dynamic content showcasing the restaurant's atmosphere.
Shoots optimised for vertical format and platform pacing, with particular attention to appetising shots, immersive camera movements and short, high-impact sequences.
Building a consistent content base to feed the accounts regularly from launch and send positive signals to the algorithm.
The videos we produced
Click to turn on the soundWhat it delivered
The account launch quickly established a recognisable, professional presence on social media.
The content began to:
drive discovery among a local audience who didn't yet know the restaurant,
reinforce the image of generosity and variety already felt on site,
create interactions (shares, tags, comments) typical of food content.
Social media thus became a new point of contact with customers, complementing word of mouth and review platforms.
