The challenge: what Sushi Club set out to achieve
Sushi Club is an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant offering a semi-gastronomic experience, with more than 100 creations and dishes to choose from, served at a steady pace straight to the table through a tablet ordering system
Although the restaurant was already up and running, it was new to social media when the partnership began. Its online profile was limited, especially with a local audience outside Paris. The challenge was simple but crucial:
How can social media be used to make Sushi Club known, introduce its unique concept and encourage people to book or visit?
What we put in place
To structure this digital launch, we put in place a video strategy focused on discovering the concept, the customer experience and the atmosphere of the venue:
Presenting the all-you-can-eat concept
Videos explaining how the all-you-can-eat service works and how to build a meal on the tablet, to familiarise the audience with Sushi Club's unique experience.
Immersion in the experience
Content showing the restaurant's modern, chic atmosphere, the dishes served, the textures and colours, making the experience visually appealing and accessible.
“Enjoyment and sharing” content
Formats centred on tasting, signature dishes and moments shared with friends or family, to make people want to come as a group.
A clear call to action
Prompts to book a table, come and try the experience and discover the world of Sushi Club in person, along with reminders of opening hours and how tablet ordering works.
All the videos were designed to work on Instagram Reels and TikTok, driving both organic discovery and local engagement.
What it delivered
The strategy quickly grew the restaurant's social visibility and turned digital attention into real visits:
40 000 to 95 000 organic views per post, reaching a targeted local audience
2 more locations opened in France
+20 000 Instagram followers gained in 2 months
25% rise in off-peak footfall thanks to better post timing (especially weekday lunchtimes)
These results show that the strategy made Sushi Club known to an audience outside Paris, turned social engagement into actual visits and established the restaurant as a local semi-gastronomic dining destination.
