A Day in Hanoi is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, offering traditional cuisine true to its roots.
Despite the quality of the dishes and the sincerity of the project, the restaurant was facing serious difficulties:
- Lack of visibility on social networks
- Low attendance
- Lack of a clear digital strategy
- Fragile financial situation
The institution was in a critical phase requiring a rapid and structured response.
The objective was twofold:
Boost attendance and reposition the restaurant as an authentic and essential Vietnamese address.
